At Lost Chicken Outfitters, doe hunts are straightforward, affordable, and meaningful. These hunts help manage the herd while giving you a great opportunity to fill the freezer with quality venison.

Hunt Options

Flat Rate Doe Hunt

  • One low price — no day fees, no trophy fees.

  • Success or empty-handed, the price is the same.

  • Includes access to stands and feeders.

Weekend Doe Package — $500

  • Two days of hunting, Saturday morning through Sunday afternoon.

  • Base package includes two does.

  • Add more does for $250 each.

  • Upgrade to fully guided for $300.

  • RV hookups available ($45/night) or bring a tent.

Add-Ons

  • Hog Hunt Combo: Add a hog hunt to your doe package for extra adventure.

  • Guided Upgrade: Our guides assist with stand placement, shot calls, recovery, and field dressing.

  • Youth Doe - Bring your youth along on any hunt and they can shoot a doe for only $75

Important Rules

  • Hunters are responsible for tagging and transporting their own animals unless a guided package is purchased.

  • If you wound a deer and it cannot be recovered, it counts as your harvest.

  • Elk and cattle are strictly off-limits. Any accidental harvest will result in a $10,000 penalty.

  • All hunts must follow Texas Parks & Wildlife regulations.
