Out here, the stars are bright, the nights are quiet, and the hospitality is as real as the Texas dirt. Whether you’re looking for a place to crash after a day in the field or a base camp for your weekend hunt, we’ve got a few options—and some big dreams in the works.

Current Options

🛻 The Old Camper

She’s not fancy, but she’s dry and has a bed. Our on-site camper is available on a first-come basis for hunters who don’t mind roughing it a bit. Think of it as part of the adventure.

🚙 Bring Your Own Rig

Have a camper or travel trailer of your own? Great! We’ve got space for you to park and set up. Hookups are primitive for now, but you’re welcome to boondock and enjoy the peace and quiet.

⛺ Tent Campers Welcome

Prefer a tent under the stars? We’ve got plenty of space to pitch camp. Just bring your gear and your grit.

Future Plans

We’ve got our sights set on expanding lodging in a big way:

🐔 The Chicken House – A custom bunkhouse designed for comfort after a long day’s hunt. Think clean beds, hot showers, and a place to swap stories around the fire. Coming soon(ish).

🏕️ The Chicken Run – A dedicated RV park with proper hookups, outdoor amenities, and a welcoming vibe for those traveling with their home on wheels.

Texas Ranger Motel & RV Park

 – Santa Anna (~7 minutes away)

A historic stone-built motel dating back to 1939, offering motel rooms, cabins, a small RV park, a pool, laundromat, clubhouse, and outdoor pavilion  . It’s a rustic, convenient spot with a touch of Texas history—ideal if you want creature comforts close by.

Brownwood Lodging (~30 minutes away)

The nearby city of Brownwood offers a full range of hotels and motels, including well-known brands and boutique stays:

• Best Western Plus Riata, Hampton Inn, La Quinta, and Home2 Suites by Hilton. Amenities like pools, free breakfast, and business centers make them great for families, groups, or travelers seeking predictable comfort  .
