Turkey Hunting

We offer a weekend lease–style turkey hunt during the Texas spring turkey season. This is a flat-rate hunt — no kill fees — and you’ll have the ranch to yourself for the weekend.

This setup is ideal for hunters who want space, flexibility, and a low-pressure experience.

How It Works

Weekend Fee — $600 per gun

Covers the full weekend: Friday night through Sunday night
Full access to 589 acres in Santa Anna, TX
Payment is due upfront to reserve your weekend
If booking multiple hunters, additional guns will be billed after the initial booking
We will meet you at the gate and be on-site to assist as needed
We’ll point you toward historically productive turkey areas on the ranch
We only book one party per weekend
Groups are welcome — bring friends, family, co-workers, or clients
No additional charge for non-hunters

Lodge— $200/person

Lodge access for the weekend

Ideal for traveling hunters or those wanting a comfortable base camp
Food is not included, but a fully equipped kitchen is available

RV Camping - $50/RV

Electricity (30-amp) and water included
Dumping available for $10

Hog Hunt — $100

Add a hog opportunity to your turkey hunt
Hog activity varies, and sightings are not guaranteed
Nighttime spotting with a red light works well (thermal welcome if you have it)

Coyote Hunt - $0

Please shoot all coyotes you see

Important Rules & Expectations

Hunters are responsible for all tagging, licensing, and compliance with Texas Parks & Wildlife regulations
Elk and cattle are strictly off-limits
- Any accidental harvest will result in a $10,000 penalty
Ethical shots and responsible hunting practices are expected at all times
